The Staffing Exchange (TSE) is a healthcare purchasing coalition developed in response to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the effects the Act's requirements are having on the staffing industry. By aggregating multiple companies' healthcare risks and enabling them to mimic a large company, our organization is able to provide affordable, ACA-compliant healthcare offerings for not only a member company's internal employees, but their temporary staff as well.
