We specialize in manufacturing White Iron, Ferritic Malleable Iron, and Pearlitic Malleable Iron custom castings in sizes from 2 ounces to 50 pounds and in quantities from a few pieces to high volume production runs. Our casting operations include: pattern making; induction channel melting; shell, oil sand and no-bake core making; Squeezer, Roto-Lift and Hunter mold making; controlled atmosphere annealing; and insured pattern storage. In-house heat-treat and CNC machining facilities are available for more advanced requirements.
