Booth Placement

IIAH Annual Titanium Elite, Platinum Partners for Excellence, Gold Patron, and HID Platinum sponsors have priority booth placement.   Gold sponsors will be placed after November 20, 2024, and Silver sponsors are restricted to IIAH members only and will be assigned after December 24, 2024.  All non-sponsored booth purchases are assigned after December 24, 2024.  All booth-only purchase assignments will be made after December 24, 2024, according to membership status, date, and time.  All booths are considered “tentatively reserved” until payment is received within 10 business days. IIAH makes all booth assignments, and exhibitors will be notified in writing by IIAH. 

Payment and Cancellation

No reservations will be accepted without payment.  IIAH cannot accept partial payment.  Written notice of booth cancellation received before January 1, 2025, will incur a 25% processing fee and issue a refund.  No booth refunds are issued after January 2, 2025.  All sponsorships are fully earned and nonrefundable due to the immediate marketing done by IIAH on behalf of the sponsor.  IIAH accepts all major credit cards and ACH payments online.  Fax payments may be made by faxing payment information to 832.324.3503.  If paying by mail, please make all checks payable to IIAH and mailed as follows:

Exhibitor Booth Move-in, Move-out, and Hours of Operation

Exhibitor registration opens at Noon on February 18, 2025.  All exhibitors must complete booth set-up no later than 7:00 PM on February 18, 2025.  No exhibit set-up is allowed on February 19, 2025.  The trade show exhibits are to be kept intact and not vacated until the show's closing at 3:45 PM.  No booth can be dismantled until the published closing time of 3:45 PM.  Failure to comply will result in (1) a $250 fine, (2) forfeited exhibiting rights in future shows for unpaid fines, (3) forfeited Early Bird pricing for future shows, and (4) early booth placement for future shows (regardless of membership or sponsorship level, booth selection will not be available until after December 24^th.
