• Four additional badges for exhibitor personnel without lunch (lunch may be purchased for an extra lunch fee of $60 each.
• One Complimentary Guest Room for one night (room/tax only)

Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsorships are restricted to IIAH members only. Gold sponsors will be placed after November 20, 2026, and Silver sponsors and will be assigned after December 20, 2026. Booth Placement

Payment and Cancellation

No reservations will be accepted without payment.  IIAH cannot accept partial payment.  Written notice of booth cancellation received before November 01, 2026, will incur a 25% processing fee and issue a refund.  No booth refunds are issued after December 02, 2026.  All sponsorships are fully earned and nonrefundable due to the immediate marketing done by IIAH on behalf of the sponsor.  IIAH accepts all major credit cards and ACH payments online.  Fax payments may be made by faxing payment information to 832.324.3503.  If paying by mail, please make all checks payable to IIAH and mailed as follows:

Exhibitor Booth Move-in, Move-out, and Hours of Operation

Exhibitor registration opens at 8:30 AM on February 16, 2027.  All exhibitors must complete booth set-up no later than 4:30 PM on February 16, 2027.  No exhibit set-up is allowed on February 17, 2026.  The trade show exhibits are to be kept intact until the closing of the show at 3:45 PM.  No booth can be dismantled until the published closing time of 3:45 PM.  Failure to comply will result in (1) a $250 fine, (2) forfeit exhibiting rights in future shows for unpaid fines, (3) forfeit Early Bird pricing for future shows, and (4) early booth placement for future shows (regardless of membership or sponsorship level, booth selection will not be available until after December 24th).
 

I hereby apply for exhibit space at the 2027 Houston Insurance Day. I have read and agree to abide by all conditions outlined in this contract's Trade Show Rules and Regulations section. I understand that a penalty of $250 will be charged if I dismantle my booth/s before 3:45 PM.
