Optical Control is a manufacturer of non destructive x-ray testing solutions for SMD and TH component counting. In collaboration with their associated company, elektron systeme (an EMS company), and the Fraunhofer Institute ERZT, optical control was the first to offer an automated x-ray system for this application. The third generation of the OC-SCAN®CCX has been in the market for more than 1.5 years with many global installations at the top CM's and OEM's.
