Booth/Pricing Details:

Basic Booths:

$3,100 per 10’x10’ space or $1,900 for AFS Corporate Members

Premium Booths:
$3,400 per 10’x10’ space or $2,075 for AFS Corporate Members
$6,750 per 10’x20’ space or $4,150 for AFS Corporate Members

Booth Package

The booth package includes carpeting, a reduced rate for additional exhibiting staff, and the following per 10x10 space: 6’ table with table skirt, two chairs, one wastebasket, one identification sign, and two complimentary full registrations. Any additional booth furniture, equipment, electric or lead retrieval can be provided at the expense of the exhibitor as ordered through the Exhibitor Services Manual.

Assignment of Space
  • Full payment is due with space contract before booth space is assigned. Booth assignments will be at the discretion of show management based on a first come first serve basis.
  • Only one company may be represented per booth.
  • Show management reserves the right to change the official floor plan or reassign booth space for the best interest of the exhibit as a whole.

    If purchasing multiple booths, click on the “Add Booth” link and select the first booth, then click on the “Add Booth” link again to select the second booth. When entering your preferred alternate booth number(s) please separate each booth number in the field with a comma (ie: 609, 611).

    Note: Double end cap booths are not permitted to ensure good sight lines for all exhibitors. However, single end cap booth plus adjoining inline booth or two inline booth combinations (i.e. 609, 611 or 611, 613) are acceptable.

    Booth(s) will be assigned at the discretion of show management, based on review of qualifications and date application and payment is received. No assignment will be confirmed until paid in full.

    Terms & Conditions

    Cancellation of Exhibit Space - Refund

    Any notice of cancellation must be in writing. If received on or before Monday, January 6, 2020, 50% of monies paid will be refunded. After January 6, 2020, all payments are nonrefundable and may not be applied to other services.

We have read the Rules & Regulations, meet exhibitor qualifications and agree to abide by the terms therein plus any additional rules deemed necessary or appropriate by show management.
