It is 100% hand-made with the fiber of a wild bromeliad, a plant similar to the pineapple (dajudie in Ayoreo), which has been successfully cultivated in Puesto Paz since 1997.The intricately woven bags of the Ayoreo combines skill, traditional knowledge, and an ancestral belief system.
