ReLiEF is comprised of two independent regionally-based risk sharing programs, SCR and NCR. They are both non-profit, member owned and operated California JPAs, serving California public schools since 1986. Together they currently serve over 440 local educational agencies, representing in excess of 2.1 Million of average daily attendance (ADA) and $61 Billion in total insured values (TIV). (less)
