This application is for participation in 2027 SHOT Show SUPPLIER SHOWCASE: RELOADED

Supplier Showcase: Reloaded takes place in the Palazzo Ballroom on the 5th floor of the Venetian Expo on Wednesday, January 20, from 9am to 4:30pm and Thursday, January 21, from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Supplier Showcase: Reloaded is for suppliers in the shooting, hunting, outdoor or law enforcement industries. It is open to all suppliers looking to participate in the Monday/Tuesday Supplier Showcase, yet were unable to obtain space before it sold out, or those that are already exhibiting in the Monday/Tuesday Supplier Showcase and wanting to extend their participation to include Wednesday/Thursday as well.

Supplier Showcase: Reloaded Booth Package is $5,750 and $625 per corner
(if requested). NSSF Patron/Supporting members receive $500 discount.

Included in your booth package:

• 8'x6' exhibit space on Wednesday and Thursday Only - Palazzo Ballroom, 5th floor Venetian Expo
• Six-foot table, two chairs, wastebasket and identification sign (7" x 44")
• Two registrations to the SHOT Show, which include admittance to Supplier Showcase, Supplier Showcase: Reloaded, and the exhibit halls of SHOT Show

• Lunch for up to 2 booth personnel on Wednesday and Thursday

All 2027 Supplier Showcase: Reloaded Participants will be given first priority over new exhibitors in the 2028 Supplier Showcase (Monday-Tuesday).

Trade Show Internal Contact receives all correspondence regarding the SHOT Show. All contact information is for internal purposes only and will not be displayed in the directory.

Please indicate who to contact on site during the SHOT Show.

To best assist with advocacy efforts on behalf of the firearms and shooting sports industry, NSSF is requesting contact information for the executive leadership from each exhibiting company. This will be used for internal purposes only.

Show Planner contact will receive all inquiries from attendees through the show planner. This includes (if Exhibitor opts in) appointment requests, private messaging, and chat.

The following information will be used when generating invoices.

The following information will be used in the printed SHOT Show directory, SHOT Show Planner, mobile app all other printed materials.

Cancellation Policy:
Effective following Exhibitor’s assignment of booth space, through April 10, 2026, Show Management shall retain 25% of the booth fee of each space canceled, as liquidated damages.

Beginning April 21, 2026, through August 7, 2026, Show Management shall retain 50% of the booth fee of each space canceled, as liquidated damages. No refunds are given after August 7, 2026, for any reason whatsoever, even if the Show is sold out.

The person ratifying this license expressly represents and warrants to Management that he or she is authorized by the above Company to execute this Application. This person also acknowledges that he or she has read and accepts the rules and regulations as set forth in the License Terms & Conditions.
