Effective following Exhibitor’s payment of booth space, through April 10, 2026, Show Management shall retain 25% of the booth fee of each space canceled, as liquidated damages.
Beginning April 11, 2026, through August 7, 2026, Show Management shall retain 50% of the booth fee of each space canceled, as liquidated damages.
No refunds are given after August 7, 2026, for any reason whatsoever, even if the Show is sold out.
