Booth/Pricing Details:
EXHIBIT FEE: $54.00 USD per NSF

Fee Includes:

  • Draped back wall (8’H) and side rails (3’H) (excluding Islands or Peninsulas)
  • Booth identification sign (excluding Islands or Peninsulas)
  • (12) one-day Exhibitor Registrations per 100 NSF. (Includes one-day access to technical sessions, exhibits, and all other activities hosted within the Exhibit Hall.)
  • (6) one-day Customer Registrations per 100 NSF. (Includes one-day access to technical sessions, exhibits, and all other activities hosted within the Exhibit Hall.)
  • Company listing and 50-word maximum profile in the printed Event Guide (contract and profile must be received prior to print deadline: February 23, 2018)
  • Company listing and 150-word maximum profile in the Online Exhibitor Directory

      Refer to the floor plan and indicate booth number choices in order of preference. The exhibit space will be assigned by SAE according to the SAE Exhibition Rules and Regulations and in the best interest of the Exhibit, Event, and SAE overall.

      Terms and Conditions
      Completion and submission of this form constitutes agreement of accompanying Terms and Conditions.
      PAYMENT TERMS: Minimum 50% deposit must be made upon receipt of invoice. Exhibitor must remit balance of exhibit fee by December 11, 2017. For all agreements executed after December 11, 2017, Exhibitor must pay 100% of the total exhibit fee.
      CANCELLATION: In the event of an exhibition space cancellation, SAE must receive written notice of such cancellation. If more than one-hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the opening day of the exhibition, then SAE shall retain a service charge equal to 50% of the rental cost of the space. If a cancellation takes place less than one-hundred and twenty (120) days of the opening day of the exhibition, the exhibitor is liable for 100% of the rental cost of the space.

      In the event of an exhibit space reduction; SAE must receive written notice of such reduction. If more than one-hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the opening date of the exhibition, then SAE shall retain a service charge equal to 50% of the rental cost of the space not used.

      SAE Show Management reserves the right to move, consolidate or to otherwise make changes of the exhibit floor should it be necessary for the best interest of the Exhibition. This could potentially involve relocating initially selected exhibit space up to thirty (30) days prior to move-in or the start of the event.

      NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER DECEMBER 11, 2017.
